Returns and exchanges for change of mind purchases
If you would like to return or exchange a product for ‘change of mind’ or another similar reason you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of the product. We do not accept returns of inflatable cushions due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that both the product and the packaging need to be in its original condition and unused when returned. We will refund you the full amount (net of postage costs) upon full inspection of the product(s) once we ensure they are still in new condition. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
We are not responsible if packages are misplaced or lost so we advise using a service that provides insurance or postage tracking as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
